Israel
is not something you can simply explain to someone; one must experience Israel.
Whether it’s the art of passion through yelling, discovering that miracles
aren’t solely the tales of the burning bush and the oil lasting eight days, or
understanding that being drafted into the IDF isn’t a punishment, rather it’s a
privilege, one must defy all odds and travel to Israel. Because there they’d
understand that strangers aren’t strangers, they’re simply family you haven’t
met yet.
